Cancellation Policy
Any no-shows after 10 minutes will be charged 100% of their starting service cost + 3.5% card processing fee charged by GlossGenius. Any cancelation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of their starting service cost + 3.5% card processing fee charged by GlossGenius.
