For new clients: I charge a 50% deposit + 3.5% charged by GlossGenius for all appointments. This deposit goes towards your total; any no-shows after 15 minutes, or cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will lose 100% of their deposit. For existing clients: I charge a 50% fee + 3.5% charged by GlossGenius of the starting service price for any no-shows after 15 minutes, or cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
